Emerald Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions:
The following terms and conditions are incorporated into, govern, and are a material part of each transaction between Customer and Emerald Imports. These terms and conditions shall control over any conflicting or inconsistent terms.
Customer agrees to reimburse Emerald Imports for costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.
Exclusive venue for any action or dispute arising out of this purchase shall be the New York State Supreme Court for the County of Rockland and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to its conflicts of law provisions. Customer expressly waives any jurisdictional and venue defenses as well as waives the right to personal service of any summons or complaint.
For any purchases made for by credit card a 3% convenience fee will be added.
Customer agrees that it will not chargeback or dispute any charges or payments made by credit card and agrees to make payment in full.
Return Policy:
All returns must be authorized by Emerald Imports prior to receipt. Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Return authorizations are valid for 30 days. Return authorizations may be arranged by contacting Customer Service at 908-663-9463 or orders@emeraldimportsusa.com.
The customer is responsible to arrange the return and pay for the return shipping fee.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Freight Policy
Customers are responsible for all freight charges.
All deliveries are subject to common carrier’s time frame for pickup and deliveries
Damages or Shortages:
In an effort to minimize any delay in resolving a damage or shortage claim, customer is required to count all receipts prior to acceptance of delivery from the carrier. All damages or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s freight bill or BOL and signed by the customer.
All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. Damaged cartons should be refused by customer and Emerald should be notified immediately. In case of any damage
products, customer must notify Emerald Imports within 7 business days of delivery. The damaged products must remain in the original carton.
Products shipped in Error:
The customer must notify Emerald Imports with 7 business days or receiving the goods.
Products shipped in error are returnable for a full credit as long as products are returned within 30 days.
All goods are deemed to be satisfactorily accepted by Customer after 7 days.
